Do you know what email marketing is? Email marketing is one of the oldest methods of marketing and advertising in online business.
Email marketing is considered one of the most effective advertising and marketing methods in online business.
Next, we want to introduce you to email marketing, its structure, and methods of use.
Bulk sending of content, images, videos, links, etc.
In the form of emails to audiences, it is called email marketing.
The email content can include HTML codes or be sent plain text.
To get started, you need to keep a few things in mind.
Do you want to use the services of email marketing service providers? Do you want to send emails yourself? Choosing either of the above options will change how it works, and we're going to explain both methods.
But a few things are the same in both methods.
It is best to first determine how broad the scale of your advertising is.
What countries does your target market or the information you want to introduce include?
What is the target market for promotional email? So you need to collect a directory for your target market.
Collecting a scalable email list and placing it in a directory is the final step before email publishing.
Now that the common points have been identified, let's examine the two methods above.
Do you want to use the services of email marketing service providers? In this method, it is very simple because you are using a service where everything is ready for you.
Creating an account on the email marketing service provider's site Selecting the desired plan according to the scale of the advertisement Selecting the target market directory Designing and producing a simple or HTML file Sending bulk emails at the desired time The advantage of using servers Speed in completing the work is one of the main advantages of using email marketing services.
Disadvantages of using servers: The most important factor in email marketing is using up-to-date and non-spam directories so that your ad is seen and not spammed, because if it becomes spam, its visibility will be significantly reduced.
Collecting up-to-date directories requires a lot of time and money, so sites that have up-to-date directories have expensive costs for sending mass emails. Well, this cost is reasonable compared to providing an up-to-date directory, but at first glance and without having any information, the cost of sending emails seems expensive to the audience.
The point is how to find out if the email service provider has an up-to-date directory because this cannot be determined from the price of the plans.
There are several ways to estimate how reliable directories are: viewing the service provider's customers, viewing the age and rank of the service provider's site, and viewing user comments about the service provider. These are points that can somewhat justify the quality of the service.
If you want to send emails yourself, you've taken a difficult path, but perhaps the price difference compared to using a service provider's services will motivate you to continue sending emails.

To collect emails you need good internet speed - a computer and email collection software.
After preparing three items, you can collect the desired emails.
There are several ways to send, but the common point of all of them is providing a server.
In the past, server and hosting service companies were sensitive to sending bulk emails, and if a large number of emails were sent from you, they would block the host or server. This sensitivity continues today, so choose a company that is not sensitive to sending bulk emails.
After preparing the server, for better performance and to prevent spam, you need to install the Kerio operating system on the server and configure it to send bulk emails.
This kernel operating system and related configuration greatly prevents email spamming.
Well, after installing and configuring Creo, it's time to use the SMTP settings through the email sending software. Finally, give the collected list along with the ad text to the software and it will start sending emails through the server.
The advantage of sending bulk emails yourself is that the cost is not comparable to using the services of email service sites.
Disadvantages of sending mass emails yourself: It requires technical knowledge. In future posts, we will discuss how to send mass emails yourself, along with introducing software and video tutorials.
