The seventh training session of the WooCommerce management panel

What is a simple virtual and downloadable product and what is its use?

In the previous session, as you can see in the product information, there was a shipping section.

The definition of shipping in online stores means using a product that needs to be shipped.

Some products such as virtual books, audio files, software and other items do not need to be sent.

Therefore, to create such products, we need to use a method that instead of displaying the shipping section, the download file is displayed for the customer.

And the customer can download his order online after paying.

Therefore, it is necessary to define the creation of the product in a virtual and downloadable form in full so that it can be given characteristics like the above.

In this educational video below, we will tell you how to create a product for virtual and downloadable goods and add the necessary information, including the file you intend to sell.

In the continuation of the seventh training session of the WooCommerce management panel, we will fully discuss the components of the virtual and downloadable sections, and we will tell you how to access

Set various options or facilities to receive download files for your customers.

You can adjust each product according to its conditions or create more than one file for each product.

Consider expiration date rules for products or change their original price to a special sale price.
