We are with you with the video of the sixth training session of the WordPress management panel with the topic of list
We are with you with the video of the sixth training session of the WordPress management panel .
You can manage important parts of WordPress by studying the previous sessions. If you haven't seen them, we suggest you to check them carefully and then continue with the sixth session of WordPress management panel training with Itroz Digital Agency from the academy section.
In the sixth session of WordPress management panel training, we will review and manage lists. But what is a directory in WordPress?
If we want to explain the lists in general, any menu that you want to display in different sections of the template should be created from this section.
For example, you want to have a main menu at the top of all pages that contains items such as home page, about us, contact us, etc.
It creates it through the list section and displays it in the desired section.
Now we will interpret the following image. In the image below, we have a main menu, which is known as the main menu in WordPress, where there are options for home, basketball, football, etc.
We have another menu, which is known as the top menu in WordPress, with items about us, advertisements, rules and regulations, etc.
Each of the mentioned items is a separate list that must be registered separately in WordPress.
As you can see, some of the menu items have sub-sets, such as home, in the sixth session of the WordPress management panel training, we will teach you how to create a sub-menu in the menus.
In the third session, we explained how to create sheets and their use. To create a menu, you must first create its tab.
By creating a menu tab, it will not be displayed on the main page and other pages of the site. Rather, it should be listed separately.
So don't think that if you create a tab, that tab should be displayed in the menu. In this tutorial, we want to tell you how to display that tab in the menu.
The next thing you should know is the location of the menus. The position of the menu is different in different formats. In some formats you can have a top menu and in others you can't.
In the video tutorial that we prepared for you with excellent image and sound quality, we discussed and checked each and every part of the lists.
After reading this video, you can create a menu for the pages created in WordPress in different parts of the page and provide users with access to that page.
